Multilingual delimited text filter

Both SDL Trados and memoQ offer a special filter for dealing with columnar text such as that often found in tab-delimited text exports, spreadsheets, etc. These filters are particularly useful and most often used for projects with Microsoft Excel, for example, in which one column of text is to be translated into another column to create a multilingual document.
