Magnifier is a Windows application offers a number of useful features, including screen magnification (as the name suggests), "lens mode" magnification, display inversion (sort of simulating a "dark mode"), etc. It can be opened using the keyboard combination: Windows key + Ctrl + M.

This application was created to help users with visual impairments use Windows applications with less difficulty. The inverted screen mode may reduce eye strain from long sessions of translation or other tasks on a computer screen.
